Event Description: Join us in honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the annual Day of Gathering. This FREE event is open to community members of all ages. Enjoy youth performances, guest speakers, including the Mayors of Palo Alto and East Palo Alto, as well as connect with community organizations. There will also be fun youth-led activities for the whole family!
Volunteer Job Description: Event Host Volunteers will be responsible for welcoming event guests, helping to orient the guests to the event, and to keep track of the number of participants entering the event. YCS Staff will support the Event Host Volunteers throughout their shift.
