Listening sessions are a space for community members to give feedback about topics affecting them.
Tasks: Support pre-event by setting up boards with images, tables, chairs, door greets; welcome people and ask to sign-in, help with raffle activity. Check in with participants if they need water or a snack.
Time: The meeting runs 6:00-8:00, but the request is for volunteers to be present 5:00-8:30 to assist with setup and cleanup. If you can only stay for part of the event, please communicate to Teresa Morales, event leader: 650-690-6199.
