Open to all ages who love to sing! You're invited to be part of a global chorus!
On October 18, we’re gathering to celebrate World Singing Day, an event held in hundreds of communities worldwide. This is a chance to sing for the sheer joy of it, celebrating our community and our global family through the international language of music.
This event is open to all ages and all singing levels. Leave the pressure behind - this is NOT A PERFORMANCE, but rather an interactive sing-along where you can let loose and have fun. Members of our on-campus choirs will be on hand to lead the way as we sing top hits spanning decades and genres.
Our amazing Emcee for the event, Community Choir Director Von Bringhurst, will guide us through a morning of fun. All the song lyrics will be projected on a big screen in our beautiful Tateuchi Hall.
This amazing event is possible by our collaboration with the World Singing Day non-profit.
Volunteer Role would include: checking in attendees, ushering, possible help with backstage set-up or helping with audio/video in our large recital hall.
All ages family friendly. Volunteers Welcome!
