Experience the magic of Bohème Out of the Box at Hidden Villa, a scenic working farm and wilderness preserve dedicated to environmental education, social justice, and sustainability. Set against a backdrop of rolling hills, organic gardens, and peaceful trails, this performance offers a unique opportunity to enjoy La Bohème in a beautiful, rustic setting. It’s an ideal outing for families, nature enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a refreshing cultural experience in the heart of nature.
Bohème Out of the Box is a 70 minute version of Puccini's classic opera La Bohème, one of the most popular and enduring operas ever. This modern, relatable production is presented on a shipping-container-turned-mobile stage. The performance will be sung in Italian by six amplified singers with keyboard accompaniment. Registered Guests are encouraged to arrive early to explore the property, attend the family workshop, or enjoy a picnic. Due to parking logistics, please plan to arrive no later than 1:30pm; arrivals after 1:30 may miss part or all of the show. Note that cell service is limited or unavailable in various parts of the property.
After the show, registered guests are welcome to enjoy their time at Hidden Villa until dusk.
