Bay Area Urban Eagles are seeking a dynamic young person to support them in two key areas: Social Media and Content Creation as well as Event and Network Support. Below is an outline of the responsibilities and expectations:
Social Media and Content Creation:
• Develop and schedule engaging and mission-focused content for BAUE’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials for upcoming events, programs, and initiatives.
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to increase visibility and reach.
Event and Network Support:
• Provide administrative assistance for virtual and in-person events, such as panel discussions, workshops, and community initiatives.
• Help manage and update BAUE’s social media accounts during events to provide real-time updates.
• Maintain organizational databases, including contact lists and event attendance records, to ensure efficient operations.
Workload & Time Commitment:
• The role is part-time and flexible, requiring approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on project timelines and event schedules.
