The Call to Action (CTA) workshop was developed in partnership with youth and aims at fostering positive youth and adult relationships. Grounded in evidence based research from Search Institute, this workshop explores Search Institute's Developmental Relationship Framework and identifies specific, culturally relevant ways to apply the 5 Framework elements.
