EPA TBall and Pitching Machine is a Non-Profit organization and was founded in 1992 by Gene Tate. Gene and local volunteers reclaimed Jack Farrell Park, turning it into a safe, clean space where more than 2000 young boys and girls have learned the fundamentals of baseball. They expanded the program now running programs in East Palo Alto and Las Vegas. Their mission is to teach basic baseball skills and important values like teamwork and good sportsmanship.
