Summer of Service 2026

The YCS Summer of Service is a service and mentorship program for youth to engage in community leadership and civic engagements. Youth will have the opportunity to work together to design and plan service projects, develop messaging and storytelling skills, practice leadership and public speaking skills, and create youth-informed evaluation and impact assessment in a supportive, fun, and engaging environment.

Students have the option of signing up for one, two, or all three.  Each two-week session will be themed around an essential leadership skill.  Students who sign up for all three may be eligible for the President’s Volunteer Service Award, depending on their attendance.
